Meine Geschichte
If you are someone who carries significant responsibility, thinks deeply about your work, and wants to remain effective without losing sight of yourself along the way, you are the kind of person I often work really well with.
Following a Different Path
I grew up in Austria and followed my curiosity into teaching and the social sciences. In my twenties, I moved to Canada, drawn by a longing for nature and a simpler, more intentional way of living.
For the next 10 years, I lived in the Yukon Territory, where I worked as a wilderness guide and learned lessons that still shape my life today. Living close to the land taught me to slow down, pay attention, improvise when needed, and trust that small steps taken consistently can carry us through difficult times.
Those years deepened my appreciation for simplicity, resilience, and the wisdom that comes from listening—both to nature and to ourselves.
Starting Over
Life does not always unfold according to plan.
At one point, I found myself starting over. As a single parent, I had to rebuild my life step by step. It was not always easy, but a lesson I had learned in the wilderness served me well: I did not have to have everything figured out. I only had to take the next step.
Over time, I discovered that change does not happen through force or perfection. It happens through patience, self-compassion, and learning to trust ourselves again.
Those experiences strengthened my belief that even in challenging times, we are capable of finding our footing and creating a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.
Why I Coach
My path has brought together many threads: teacher, sociologist, wilderness guide, lifelong learner, and coach.
Today, as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I support thoughtful professionals and leaders who are carrying a great deal and quietly sensing that something needs attention.
My own journey has taught me that we do not need to wait for a crisis before we listen. Often, the earliest signals are invitations—not warnings—to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and make sustainable changes.
I believe that lasting transformation rarely comes from pushing harder. More often, it begins with noticing sooner.
And sometimes, one small step is enough to begin.
Today, I am grateful for a life that feels grounded and meaningful. My own journey has taught me that lasting change rarely happens through force. More often, it unfolds one small step at a time.

What You Can Expect From Me
You don’t need to arrive with a clearly defined problem or goal.
I will listen carefully, ask questions, reflect what I notice, and sometimes invite you to look at something from a different perspective. You remain the expert on your own situation and decide what feels useful, what you want to explore, and what you want to do with what emerges.
My role is not to tell you how to work or live. It is to create a thoughtful, confidential space in which you can hear yourself more clearly.
Curious whether working together might be a good fit?
You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on before we speak.
