One of the quiet gifts of maturity is that yesterday’s effort becomes today’s normal<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The work has not disappeared. It has become part of you. In leadership, we often focus on learning something new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Learning matters. But sustainable leadership depends just as much on integration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Knowledge becomes wisdom only when it is lived often enough to become natural.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This is quiet strength. It rarely draws attention. Yet it changes everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Late summer does not hurry toward autumn. \u2013 The trees continue growing. Fruit continues ripening. Seeds continue strengthening.
