Listening Before Burnout<\/em><\/strong> is a coaching approach focused on increasing awareness of subtle signals of stress, misalignment, and overload early \u2014 when meaningful choices are still available. In our work together, clients strengthen clarity, grounded confidence, and self-directed agency, without pressure, self-correction, or performance-driven pushing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My coaching integrates evidence-based self-regulation and nervous-system awareness, informed by positive psychology, alongside perspectives from sociology, education, and nature-informed coaching. The process is collaborative, reflective, and client-led, supporting each person in developing their own insights, priorities, and next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shaped by professional training and seven years spent living in the Northern Canadian wilderness, my work rests on one core principle: sustainable change arises through awareness, attunement, and choice \u2014 not force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my work with clients, nature serves as both metaphor and ally, offering practical reference points for pacing, resilience, and renewal that support sustainable decision-making and long-term effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As your coach, with your permission, I may ask challenging questions<\/strong> to explore the motivations behind your goals and uncover the true reasons behind your obstacles.
Expect to do most of the heavy lifting. You are highly encouraged to commit to action items <\/strong>that are designed to push your boundaries and get you closer to your goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
